Piper is the name Mrs. Bedwell has written under for over 20 years, beginning with her very first stories in middle school. The name gave her a chance to be bold and fearless with her writing, using it as a shield against the world. Entire worlds collide in her head, demanding a way out, which is why she started writing in the first place. There had never been any intentions of publishing or sharing with anyone other than very close friends.

Fast forward to 2019 and Piper is a wife, a mother to two beautiful girls, and has an entire fluffle of bunnies. Her house was full of shelves of stories started, very few finished, and none ever ready to publish. After being convinced to take the chance and self publish, by a close friend and fellow author, a spark was lit within her. How could she teach her girls to follow their dreams, if she didn’t first take a chance on her own? So, that’s what she did and will continue to do.

She is a little bit crazy with a whole lot of sass, and has never been happier than when she is with her family and friends, coaching and writing. She is building the life she always dreamed of, one book at a time with her family by her side.
